The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man following a domestic related incident in Blenheim.
Shortly after 8:00 p.m. last night, police responded to a residence on Sandy Street in regards to a harassment complaint. At this time, a woman reported that she had received numerous phone calls to her house phone and cell phone from an ex-boyfriend.
Through investigation, officers located the man in Chatham and he was arrested. Officers found the man under the influence of alcohol and later learned that he was currently bound by conditions not to purchase, possess or consume alcohol.
A 42-year-old Chatham man has been charged with criminal harassment and failing to comply. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
