The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man for failing to comply with his release conditions.
In April 2014, the man was released from custody with several conditions. One of those conditions stated that he was to abstain from the purchase, possession and consumption of alcohol.
Around 11:45 p.m. last night officers found the man under the influence of alcohol. The 42-year-old Tilbury man was charged with failing to comply. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
