Man Charged with Breaching his Release Conditions
The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man for failing to comply with his release conditions.
On April 7, 2014, the man was released from custody with several conditions. One of those conditions stated that he was to reside at a specific address on Woods Street in Chatham.
On April 15, 2014, police conducted a residence check on the man and learned that he was no longer living there.
Yesterday afternoon, police located the man in Chatham and he was arrested. The 25-year-old man of no fixed address has been charged with failing to comply. He was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
