Man Arrested For Indecent Act In Tim Horton’s Drive-thru – Name Released

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment investigated an incident after being called to a Queensway East, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.

On Friday, September 16, 2016 at approximately 4:59 a.m., police were contacted by employees of Tim Hortons reporting an indecent act.

Through the course of investigation, it was determined that on Friday, September 16, 2016; the driver of a black coloured motor vehicle entered the drive-thru exposing themselves to the employee located at the window.

On Sunday September 23, 2016, police arrested and charged 39-year-old David Wall HIEBERT of Norfolk County, Ontario with indecent act –public place.

He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
