Waterloo Regional Police have arrested a 57 year old Woolwich Township man in connection with an incident December 21, 2014 on Farmer’s Market Road in Woolwich Township. Richard Charles CHOLAK,57 years was arrested on January 13, 2015 and charged with Indecent Act and Indecent Exposure to persons under 16 years of age.
He appeared in court today and has been remanded into custody. Waterloo Regional Police continue to investigate preliminary reports of a possible incident on December 30, 2014 at a shopping mall located at 550 King Street North in Waterloo.
