Barrie Police received several calls regarding several males firing a compound bow at a residence on Harrogate Court. Officers attended the area and located two intoxicated males who were having a bow competition, the males were firing arrows against the walls of the residence.
A 25 year old Barrie resident was subsequently arrested for possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose. Officers discovered the male was also on a probation order with conditions to keep the peace.
The suspect was transported to the Barrie Police Service and held for a bail hearing for the weapons and breaching his probation order.
