(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON) – Last week the City of Kawartha Lakes detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) began an investigation in the Fleetwood Road area to the east of Highway 35. The investigation was related to a complaint of a male exposing himself to an area resident.
Friday November 18, 2016 at approximately 6:45 am officers in the area of Fleetwood Road arrested and charged Paul CUTILLO, 30 years of age of Reaboro, Ontario with Criminal Harassment contrary to section 264(2)(c) of the Criminal Code of Canada and Indecent Act contrary to section 173(1)(a) of the CCC.
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay on December 22, 2016.
