On April 29, 2015 at 7:41 a.m., the Guelph Police went to the area of Petrolia Street and Alma Street after receiving a call about a male acting erratically on the GO train. The male allegedly pulled the emergency brake stopping the train. He then pushed out the emergency window and ran from the area. Police located him a short distance away and he was arrested.
Justin Walker, 30 years of Guelph has been charged with mischief under $5,000, breach of probation and breach of undertaking. He will appear in court on April 30, 2015.
