(Percy Township, ON) – Members of the Northumberland County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and emergency crews responded to a County Road 24 worksite yesterday just after 1:30pm.
A male worker at the site had fallen from a ladder and was suffering from apparently serious injuries. The male victim was transported to a Toronto area hospital by Ornge air ambulance for treatment. OPP investigators contacted the Ministry of Labour who are investigating the cause of the fall.
