(CLEARVIEW TWP, ON) On April 14th, 2017, around 11:00am officers from the Huronia West OPP Detachment responded to a work related emergency in the Town of Stayner. During the investigation, it was learned that a 32 year old Midland man had fallen from a second story roof. The height of the fall was approx. 6 to 7 metres.
The male was airlifted to hospital in Toronto with serious injuries. He remains in hospital in stable condition.
The Ministry of Labour has been notified and is investigating the work related incident.
