(Madawaska Valley Township, ON) On August 2, 2014 at approximately 5:30pm Provincial Constable Crystal Pearce investigated a serious All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) collision that occurred on Opeongo Line on. Dustin Etmanskie, 20 years of age of Madawaska Valley Township was operating a 1985 Honda three wheeler when he lost control of the vehicle entering the ditch. Etmanskie succumbed to his injuries on Saturday, August 9, 2014.
