(ARMOUR TWP, ON) On Saturday March 29, 2014, the Almaguin Highlands Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to Highway 11 at the Doe Lake Bridge, Armour Township regarding a male lying on the shoulder of the road.
OPP found the male sleeping on the shoulder of the road and after investigating the identity of the male, discovered that he was on probation with numerous conditions. Officers arrested the male, David PIRKER (23) of DRAYTON, Ontario with breach of probation, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
PIRKER was held for a bail hearing on Monday March 31, 2014 in Parry Sound, Ontario.
