(Quinte West, ON) – On Wednesday August 27th, 2014, shortly after 1:00pm a male known to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest was observed at the Quinte Mall in Belleville by an off duty Quinte West OPP officer. Local police from the Belleville Police Service were contacted and attended the Quinte Mall where the male was subsequently arrested. 27 year old David FLYNN of Belleville was arrested for Failing to Comply with Probation Order. He was transported to the Quinte West OPP detachment where he is being held for bail. FLYNN will appear in court on Thursday August 28th, 2014, at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville.
