(Bancroft, Ontario) – On Wednesday the 26th of November 2014, the Bancroft detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received the report that an adult male was breaching his release conditions.
As a result of the incident, a 45 year old male of the Municipality of Hastings Highlands was arrested, taken into custody and held for a bail hearing on the 27th of November at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville. He was released from custody with conditions and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Bancroft, Ontario on the 09th of December 2014.
The incident is a domestic investigation and the name of the male charged will not be released to protect the identity of the victim.d
