(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 32 year old male after police were called to a Church Street East, Delhi, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Saturday, September 20, 2014 at approximately 12:32 a.m., police were contacted by a concerned homeowner after a suspicious male was observed between their residence and a garage located on the property. The male then attempted to gain entry into the home and was confronted by the owner.
Police were immediately contacted and as a result of investigation the male was arrested and charged.
Charged with failing to comply with a probation order is 32 year old Marcus Clayton LINDSAY of Norfolk County, Ontario.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
