(HALIBURTON, ON) – On January 30, 2014 officers from the Haliburton Highlands Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were notified by York Regional Police that they had a male party in custody in relation to a warrant in Haliburton County. Jacques BOLDUC, age 70 of Georgina Ontario was originally arrested by OPP in November of 2013 for Impaired Driving, Driving while Disqualified and Driving while Under Suspension. The accused is now also charged with the criminal offence of Fail to Attend Court and was held for a bail hearing in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay Ontario on January 31, 2014.
