(LEAMINGTON, ON) – On Tuesday, April 9, 2014, Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers conducted a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (RIDE) check in Leamington.
Ninety vehicles were checked in all and one male was arrested for impaired driving.
Pedro SOARES, age 33 of Leamington was charged with Possession of a Schedule II Substance, Care or Control While Impaired, Fail or Refuse to Provide Sample and Drive While Under Suspension. He will appear in a Leamington court on May 1, 2014.
