(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau Drug Enforcement Unit along with members of the Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 51 year old male with drug offences after executing a search warrant at a Colonel Talbot Road, Middleton, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Friday, March 7, 2014 at approximately 7:47 a.m., police attended the Colonel Talbot Road address and executed a search warrant. As a result of the warrant a 51 year old male was arrested for drug related offences.
Police seized drugs valued at approximately $20,900.
Charged with the following offences is 51 year old Michael Lindsay RICHARDS of Norfolk County, Ontario.
Possession for the Purpose of trafficking Cocaine
Possession for the Purpose of trafficking Marihuana
Production of Cannabis Marihuana
Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
