(TOWN OF NEW TECUMSETH,ON)- On March 13, 2014 at 3:17am, the Nottawasaga Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to an alarm at 36 Young Street.
As Police approached the scene they noticed a suspicious male walking along King Street.
Further investigation revealed the male was intoxicated, carrying a bag that containing alcohol and broken glass.
Charged is 34 year old Town of New Tecumseth resident, Trevor BENNS, he is charged with the following charges: Break and Enter, Theft under $5000, Possession of property obtained by crime and Intoxicated in a public place.
He was held for a bail hearing on March 14, 2014.
