(TINY TOWNSHIP, ON) – On June 1, 2015 a 1:23 p.m. members of the Southern Georgian Bay Street Crime Unit of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested a male and female in relation to two Break and Enters that took place December 20, 2014 and May 13, 2015.
Devon Alexander ASSANCE (age 21) of Midland, ON has been charged with:
– Two counts of Break and Enter sec 348(1)(b) of the Criminal code of Canada
– Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 sec 354(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada
– Theft of credit card sec 342(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada
– Theft under $5,000 sec 334(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada
Kristen LAUGLIN (age 32) also of Midland, ON has been charged with:
– Two counts of Break and Enter sec 348(1)(b) of the Criminal code of Canada
– Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 sec 354(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada
– Theft of credit card sec 342(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada
– Theft under $5,000 sec 334(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada
Both the accused will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Midland on July 23, 2015 to answer to their charges.
