Luke Kennedy Added To Hall Of Shame – Drunk Driving In Field

OFF ROAD TOUR LEADS TO OVER 80 CHARGE

(SOUTH HURON, ON) – On December 9, 2012 just before 7:00 a.m. Huron OPP officers were called to Centralia to patrol for a vehicle travelling off the roadway in a field near Prince Albert Street. Officers conducted patrols and were able to spot the suspect vehicle travelling west on Canada Avenue in Huron Park. Officers stopped the vehicle and spoke with the male driver.

Upon speaking with the driver officers noted he had been drinking alcohol. A roadside test was administered and the driver registered a fail. He later provided two samples of his breath to a qualified intoxilizer technician; both tests were over the legal limit.

Luke KENNEDY, 20, from Bluewater has been charged with Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol. He has a court date scheduled for the Ontario Court of Justice – Exeter on January 24, 2012. He received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension and his motor vehicle was impounded for seven days.
