(Marmora, ON) – On November 19, 2015 at 12:30 a.m. members of Central Hastings O.P.P responded to a 9-1-1 call of a family dispute on Bell Road in the Municipality of Marmora and Lake involving an intoxicated male throwing and smashing property in the house. On arrival officers located the male operating his vehicle in a field behind the residence.
As a result, 24 year old Luke CRAWFORD of Marmora, ON was arrested and charged with Impaired Driving and Driving with More than 80mg of Alcohol in Blood. He was issued a 90 day driver’s licence suspension and his vehicle was impounded for 7 days. He will appear in Ontario Court of Justice, Belleville in early December 2015.
