(Spanish, Ontario) – An officer of the East Algoma OPP attended a resident in Spanish at approximately 6:45 p.m. on August 16th, 2013 after receiving a call of a possible threatening.
While on scene police learned from the victim that the suspect was a neighbour and had allegedly yelled at the complainant threatening to kill their dogs. The suspect continued to yell profanities at the victim while allegedly lifting her top exposing her breasts.
Police located and arrested the suspect.
Charged with the following is Lorraine Millicent SAXBY (49) of Spanish.
Utter Threat to Damage Injure Animal (X2)
Indecent Act
Mischief – Interfere with lawful use, enjoyment or operation of property
Criminal Harassment – threatening conduct
Breach of Recognizance (X2)
The accused remains in custody awaiting a bail hearing in Sault Ste Marie.
