(SUDBURY, ON)- On November 26, 2016, at approximately 1:30 p.m., members from the Sudbury Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting proactive traffic initiatives and initiated a traffic stop in the City of Greater Sudbury.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the female driver was under suspension.
Lori Jean BEREHOWSKY, 43 years of age, from Sudbury, was charged with: Driving while under suspension, contrary to section 53(1) of the Highway Traffic Act
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury, on February 13, 2017.
