(NORTH MIDDLESEX, ON) – Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently investigating a break and enter incident into a residence on Ann Street in the Municipality of North Middlesex.
Sometime after 7:00 p.m. on August 10, 2013 a male suspect dressed in black forced his way into a house on Ann Street and various items of jewellery were stolen. At approximately 11:00 p.m. the resident returned home when the suspect suddenly exited the house, rushed past the resident, knocking the resident to the ground in the process.
Middlesex Officers, OPP Canine Unit and the OPP Scenes of Crime Officer (SOCO) responded. The suspect is described as a male with a slim build, approximately 5’6 wearing a black hoody and pants.
Officers later observed a male fitting the description in the north end of Parkhill. The male noticed police and fled on foot. Police were not able to apprehend the suspect.
