(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County Detachment has charged a 39-year-old female after investigating a mischief at a restaurant on Lock Street East in Dunnville, Haldimand County, Ontario.
On Friday December 16, 2016, at approximately 5:24 p.m., OPP responded to Maple Dragon King Restaurant after receiving a report of a suspect who smashed and broke several windows at the business before fleeing the scene on foot.
OPP investigation determined that the female had attended the area of the restaurant and used an object to smash several windows. She then left the area on foot and attended an address nearby. OPP located the female at a residence a short distance away where she was arrested without incident.
OPP has charged 39-year-old Lisa SMITH of Dunnville, Haldimand County, Ontario with mischief under $5,000 and failing to comply with a probation order.
She was held for a bail hearing in Provincial Court in Cayuga to answer to the charges.
