(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) – On July 9, 2014 an OPP officer stopped a vehicle for speeding on Pigeon Lake Road near Kawartha Lakes Road 36. Further investigation revealed that the driver was disqualified from driving.
As a result of the investigation Lindsay JAMES, 26 years of age, of Peterborough, was charged with driving while disqualified, contrary to the Criminal Code.
The accused will appear in court, in Lindsay, on July 31, 2014.
