(PEMBROKE, ON) – On the evening of September 11, 2015 members of the Upper Ottawa Valley Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single motor vehicle collision in the City of Pembroke after a car on James Street left the roadway and struck a fire hydrant. The female driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol and as a result Liane SCHULTZ, age 53 of Pembroke, is charged with the following Criminal Code offences:
· Impaired Driving
· Driving with More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood
SCHULTZ was released on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke on October 13, 2015.
