(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On March 16, 2015 at approximately 10:08 p.m., a Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was patrolling Brock Road South near Wellington Road 34, Puslinch Township. A male driving a 2007 Mazda was observed travelling well above the posted speed limit and was locked on radar at 108 km/h in a 50 km/h zone.
His driver’s licence and vehicle were seized for a period of 7 days as per statute.
Lev OUMANSKI age 19 of Toronto has been charged with Race a Motor Vehicle contrary to the Highway Traffic Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Provincial Court on June 3, 2015 to answer the charge.
