(Rockland, ON) On September 4, 2013 OPP Constable Jason St-Amour was patrolling on County Road 17 in Rockland. He was operating radar near Pigeon Street when he noticed a vehicle speeding. The speed was registered at 114 km/h in 60 km/h zone. The driver was exceeding the speed limit by 54 km/h.
