(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 25 year old female with drinking and driving offences after investigating an incident at a Highway (Hwy) #6, Jarvis, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Wednesday May 6th, 2015 at approximately 11:36 pm, a silver 2003 Honda car entered the ditch on Hwy #6 south of Jarvis. While the investigating officer was dealing with the driver signs of impairment by alcohol was detected. She was subsequently arrested and breath tests were obtained.
Charged with Driving a motor vehicle while Impaired and Driving with over the legal limit of alcohol is 25 year old Lauren GRAHAM of Norfolk County, ON. She is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
