Even Councillors were laughing along with the Public Gallery at Reeve Bernie Bailey as he attempted to read big words from the agenda. Within seconds of the meeting starting it was clear that North Huron will continue to be the laughing stock of Ontario as bumbling Bailey makes neil vincent look literate and competent. If you watched Bailey being sworn in you will know that multisyllabic words are his weakness, along with reading and retention.
Councillors comically turned their name plates away from the Public Gallery and toward Bernie Bailey as it was clear Bailey had no idea who any of them were, despite spending a significant amount of time with each of them. That is how little he thinks of the rest of council. In fact if you watch the meeting you will see that he states that councillors can’t get it up, and he can’t get it down.
