Central Hastings O.P.P kept busy over the Labour Day Holiday Weekend by laying 90 charges under the Highway Traffic Act including 47 Speeding, 18 Drive With Handheld Communication Device, 11 Driver Fail to Wear Seatbelt and 3 Passenger Fail to Wear Seatbelt. In addition officers responded to 71 calls for service throughout the Madoc, Marmora and Tweed area.
