Kyle James KEON – Methamphetamine, Weapons, etc

(PEMBROKE, ON) – On October 22, 2015 members of the Upper Ottawa Valley Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) executed Criminal Code search warrants at a residence in the City of Pembroke. As a result 26 year old Kyle James KEON of Pembroke is charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

· Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon – Brass Knuckles – 2 counts

· Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon – Stun Gun – 2 counts

· Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon – Butterfly Knife – 2 counts

· Unauthorized Importing of a Firearm, Prohibited or Restricted Weapon, Prohibited Device or Ammunition – 6 counts

· Possession of a Firearm, Weapon or Ammunition contrary to Prohibition Order – 6 counts

· Fail to Comply with Probation Order

He is also charged with the following Controlled Drugs and Substances Act offences:

· Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine

· Produce a Schedule I Substance – Methamphetamine

· Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Marihuana

He was held for a bail hearing on October 23, 2015 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke.
