(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On October 23, 2015 at approximately 3:50 a.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers received a report of a single motor vehicle collision on Ellis Road near Townline Road, Puslinch Township. A Nissan Sport Utility Vehicle left the roadway and entered a ditch. Officers responded along with Puslinch Fire and Emergency Services, Guelph-Wellington Emergency Medical Service (EMS) and Wellington County Roads Department.
39-year-old Krzysztof POGAN of Cambridge was the lone occupant and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
OPP Technical Collision Investigators (TCI) attended the scene and the cause is under investigation. Wellington County OPP is asking anyone that may have witnessed this collision to please police at 1-888-310-1122.
