(CITY OF GUELPH, ON) -On November 22, 2013 at approximately 1:03 a.m., officers from the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Festive R.I.D.E. team were conducting spot checks on Highway 6 near College Avenue in the City of Guelph. Police investigated the male driver of a 2001 Pontiac that entered in to the check point. A quantity of cocaine was located as well as the driver was found to be under suspension.
Kyle Gammie age 28 of Guelph has been charged with Possession of Cocaine contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act as well as Drive While Under Suspension. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on January 7, 2014 to answer to the charges.
