(LEAMINGTON, ON) -The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Leamington, responded to a report of a theft of a vehicle from a driveway on Carter Avenue on August 31, 2014 at approximately 2:00 a.m.
Just minutes afterwards, a Leamington officer stopped that vehicle on Erie Street South in Leamington and the driver was arrested for possession of stolen property over $5000. The driver, and sole occupant of the vehicle, was also found to have been exhibiting signs of impairment.
Dylan SUNDIN, age 25 of Kingsville was charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime over $5000, Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Exceed 80 Milligrams of Blood Alcohol Content. He will appear in a Leamington court on September 18, 2014.
