Kincardine Male Faces Fraud Charge X9, Breach X4 & Weapon Charge

(KINCARDINE, ON) – On November 17, 2014, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) entered into a fraud investigation involving the unauthorized use of a debit card. The investigation culminated on December 11, 2014 with an arrest. While processing the man, officers found a prohibited knife in his possession.

Twenty-three year old Brandon BOETTINGER of Kincardine has been charged with 9 counts of fraud under $5,000, 4 counts of breaching probation and unauthorized possession of a weapon. He was held in custody pending the results of a show cause hearing scheduled for December 11, 2014.
