(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On April 27, 2014 at approximately 9:53 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a 2004 Nissan in the ditch on Victoria Road South near Maltby Road, Puslinch Township. Police attended the scene and spoke with witnesses. A woman was arrested at the scene and brought to the South Wellington Operations Centre in Rockwood for testing.
Her driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days and vehicle impounded for seven days as per statute.
Kimberley CHURCH age 31 of Guelph has been charged with Impaired Driving and Over 80 mgs contrary to the Criminal Code. She is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on May 12, 2014 to answer to the charges.
