(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County Detachment has charged a 23-year-old male after checking a vehicle at a Niece Road, Dunnville, Haldimand County, Ontario, address.
On Saturday, August 13, 2016 at approximately 12:03 p.m., police were conducting a R.I.D.E program (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) in the area of Niece Road when a vehicle was stopped at checked for driver sobriety.
As a result, police have charged 23-year-old Kevin SPEKKING of Halton, Ontario with possession of Marihuana.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charge.
