(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), an officer were called to assist with a motorcycle in the ditch on Highway 24 at Ellis Avenue.
At approximately 4:01 p.m. Friday September 13th, 2013, officer’s observed the driver of a 2005 Kawasaki motorcycle attempting to push the motorcycle out of the ditch. Officers talked to the male driver, they could smell the strong odour of alcohol on his breath. The male driver was given the Roadside Screening Test and as a result of the test he was transported to the County of Brant OPP for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Kevin LLEWELLYN 44 years of age from the Niagara Region is facing the following Criminal charge
Exceed 80 Milligrams of Blood Alcohol content
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on September 27th, 2013 to answer to the charge.
