(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Haldimand County detachment has charged a 46 year old man with Drinking and Driving offences after investigating a collision at an Argyle St. and Braemer Ave, Caledonia, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Friday October 10th, 2014 at approximately 8:55 pm Police were called to the intersection to investigate a minor collision without injuries.
Police investigation revealed that a Dodge car was stopped at the intersection awaiting a green light when it was struck from behind by a Hyundai car.
While speaking with the driver of the Hyundai car the officer detected signs of impairment by alcohol which resulted in his arrest.
Charged with Impaired Driving and Driving over the legal limit of alcohol is 46 year old Kevin HEY of Haldimand County, ON. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at later date to answer to the charges.
