Kenneth JUDGE – Drunk Driving, Drive While Suspended, etc

(Bancroft, Ontario) – On Saturday the 28th of March 2015 officers from the Bancroft detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a traffic complaint involving a pickup truck on Highway 28 in the Municipality of Highlands East. Officers located the vehicle on Highway 28 in Faraday Township and stopped it. The male driver was arrested and taken into police custody.

47 year old Kenneth JUDGE, of Carlow-Mayo Township has been charged with:

· Operate a motor vehicle while impaired

· Operate a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of alcohol in his blood.

· Personation with intent to avoid arrest

· Drive suspended (2 counts)

He was released from custody on a promise to appear and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Bancroft, Ontario on the 28th of April 2015.
