(THAMES CENTRE, ON) – On April 9, 2015, at approximately 7:39 p.m., the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a possible impaired driver on Catherine Street between Westchester Bourne and Veteran’s Memorial Parkway.
Police initiated a traffic stop and determined that the male driver of the black Ford pickup truck had been drinking alcohol. The male was placed under arrest and transported to a Middlesex County OPP detachment for breath testing.
As a result of the investigation, Ken GRAYSON, age 60, from Thames Centre, Ontario, has been charged under the Criminal Code of Canada with impaired operation of a motor vehicle (alcohol), and driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in blood.
The accused was released from police custody by way of a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to answer to the charges in a London court on May 12, 2015.
