(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) -On December 8, 2013, at approximately 5:20 p.m., an officer from the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Traffic Management Unit (TMU) was observing traffic on Wellington County Road 34 and conducted a traffic stop because of a traffic violation. The male driver of a Hyundai was spoken to and showed signs of alcohol consumption. A Roadside Screening Device test was administered which resulted in a fail.
Keith MIDDLETON age 38 of Cambridge has been charged with Over 80 mgs contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on January 10, 2014 to answer to the charge.
