(South Stormont) – On September 21, 2013 at approximately 11:55pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report a vehicle in the ditch on McConnell Avenue, South Stormont Township. The investigation revealed that the male driver was under the influence of alcohol.
Kegan BARTON (19) of South Stormont was arrested and is charged with;
– Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle
– Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content
He was released to appear in Cornwall court on October 08, 2013.
