(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were called to a single motor vehicle collision (fail to remain at the scene of collision) on Whitlaw Way in the Town of Paris on November 13, 2014, at approximately 10:57 p.m.
Officers located a white Jeep Liberty that was involved in the collision. While the officer was talking to the driver, he observed all the usual signs of impairment by alcohol. The female driver was transported to the Brantford City Police Service for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Kaylee HAYES 18 years of age from the County of Brant is facing the following criminal charges

Drive Over 80 mgs of Blood Alcohol Content
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on December 12, 2014 to answer to the charges.
