(KINCARDINE, ON) – On May 21st, 2011 at 1:12 pm, the South Bruce OPP received a call to attend the Pharmasave drug store along Queen Street, Kincardine to investigate a fraud. Officers arrived to find that a prescription had been left at the pharmacy that had been altered by the patient to include more medication. 50 year old Karen GUNNS of Meaford has been charged with Fraud under $5,000. She is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on June 27th, 2011 to answer to the charge.
