On September 5, 2013, the Guelph Police received information that there was a possible impaired driver parked at the corner of Woolwich Street and Clarence Street. At 2:56 a.m., police arrived to find the motor vehicle parked and the female driver slouched over and partially hanging out of the open driver door. Police spoke with the female, determined she was intoxicated and an arrest was made.
Kachine WHITEHAWK, 22 years of Guelph has been charged with care and control impaired and care and control over 80 mg. She will appear in court on September 20, 2013.
