(South Dundas) – On December 12, 2014 at approximately 1:30pm, SD&G OPP officers were conducting a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (RIDE) checks on Carman Road at Bath Road, South Dundas Township. A check of a vehicle indicated that the adult male driver provided false identification. Further information also revealed he was in contravention of a condition imposed from a previous incident.
Justin RUST (26) of South Dundas Township was arrested and is charged with;
– Obstruct Peace Officer
– Personation with Intent to Avoid Arrest
– Fail to Comply with Probation Order
He was released and scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Morrisburg on January 6, 2015.
